Hearts & Stars is a mentorship platform which facilitates a connection between artists and stars. We will help you find the right price to charge mentees for the mentorship, which could range from 100USD to 1,500USD per mentee. Hearts & Stars charges a 25% platform fee, which includes the setup of the curriculum, all mentee facilitation and support as well as software and administration fees.

Hearts & Stars mentorships provide a supportive and validating experience for artists through a close connection with the star. Small groups of mentees are an essential part of ensuring that the experience for mentees isn’t diluted and that the ongoing mentorship is sustainable for the star. We recommend a group sizes from 6 to 10 mentees.

We recommend Hearts & Stars mentorships of about 5-6 weeks. These mentorships have a weekly rhythm.

Hearts & Stars uses social media audience sizes with active engagement as an initial indicator of art stardom. We are also looking for stars that are enthusiastic about the potential to engage with their fans online to monetize their audience.

We start with an initial video meeting to establish your requirements. We then put together a draft curriculum and mentee requirements, which is finalised after discussion. After finalising the schedule, we publish and publicise the mentorship. Applications for mentorship are shortlisted for review and then finalised. After that we are ready to go.

No, the mentorships are not live. Instead, they are recorded by the coach who facilitates the mentorship. The recorded sessions ensure that mentees receive personalized feedback and guidance, regardless of their schedules.

Yes, absolutely! All mentorships with Hearts & Stars are conducted completely online, allowing mentors to engage with mentees remotely from anywhere in the world. This online format offers several benefits, including flexibility in scheduling sessions, accessibility for mentees from diverse geographic locations, and the ability to connect with a global community of aspiring artists.

All you need is a device that supports video calls, such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Our mentorship sessions are coordinated by a dedicated coach, who manages the technical aspects of the sessions, including video calls. This means you can participate in mentorship sessions from the comfort of your own home or studio, using the device that works best for you.

Our mentorship program follows a structured weekly rhythm, facilitated by our mentorship coach. Each week, you'll have the opportunity to review submissions from your mentees and provide personalized feedback during dedicated feedback sessions. This consistent schedule allows you to track the progress of your mentees over time, offering guidance and support as they develop their skills and artistic voice.
